Import & Export

Back up your work or migrate entries between workspaces using YAML files. Find these options in Settings > Import/Export.

Export entries

• Export All Entries — downloads every entry in the workspace as a single .yaml file named clarive-export-YYYY-MM-DD.yaml.
• Export Folder — opens a folder picker so you can export just one folder's entries.

Import entries

Click to select a .yaml or .yml file from your computer. Imported entries are created as drafts in the workspace root. The file name and size are shown before you confirm.

What's included

Exports include titles, system messages, prompt content, template variables, and tags. Version history and folder structure are not included.
