Recover access to your account or confirm your email address after registering.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
2. Enter your email address and click Send reset link.
3. Check your inbox for an email with a reset link.
4. Click the link, then choose a new password (minimum 12 characters). A strength indicator helps you pick a strong one.
5. After resetting, you're redirected to the sign-in page to log in with your new password.

Verify your email address

After registering with email and password, Clarive sends a verification email. Click the link to confirm your address.

• Link expired? — Sign in and Clarive will offer to resend the verification email.
• Already verified? — Clicking the link again shows a confirmation message. No action needed.

Good to know

• If your admin has disabled the email provider, new accounts skip email verification automatically.
• Accounts created via Google or GitHub Sign-In are verified automatically — no email step needed.
• If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.
